  • Do you accept rental assistance vouchers (such as Section 8)?

    Yes, we accept rental assistance for all available properties. However, applicants must still meet our standard screening criteria.

  • Are pets allowed in your properties?

    Pet policies vary by property. Some homes may not allow pets, while others may have restrictions on pet types or sizes. If pets are permitted, a monthly pet fee may apply in addition to rent. We do accept service animals and emotional support animals in compliance with fair housing laws. No pet fees will be charged for approved service or emotional support animals.

  • What payments are required if my application is approved?

    If you are approved and selected to move forward with a lease, you will need to provide two certified checks: 1. First month’s rent 2. Security deposit, typically 1.5 times the monthly rent • Example: If the rent is $2,400 per month, the required security deposit would be $3,600.

  • My credit score is lower than the requirement. Can I put more money down to qualify?
